Roundup Lawsuits means all past, present, and future actions or proceedings between one or more Settlement Class Member Parties and any of the Monsanto Parties in the Court, other than the Lawsuit, or in any other federal court, state court, arbitration, regulatory agency, or other tribunal or forum, that assert or allege Roundup Claims.
