Route Authorities definition

Route Authorities shall have the meaning set forth in the SGR Security Agreement.
Route Authorities means, at any time of determination, any route authority identified in Schedule III hereto as such Schedule may be amended or modified from time to time pursuant to Sections 6(a) or 15 hereof or any SGR Security Agreement Supplement, as applicable, as the route authority with respect to any additional Scheduled Service being designated by this SGR Security Agreement or such SGR Security Agreement Supplement, as applicable, and “Route Authority” shall have the meaning provided in the Credit Agreement.
Route Authorities means, at any time of determination, any route authority identified in Schedule III hereto as such Schedule may be amended or modified from time to time pursuant to Sections 6(a) or 15 hereof or any SGR Security Agreement Supplement, as applicable, as the route authority with respect to any additional Scheduled Service being designated by this SGR Security Agreement or such SGR Security Agreement Supplement, as applicable, and “Route Authority” shall mean any of such route authorities as the context requires, in each case whether or not such route authority is utilized at such time by a Grantor and including, without limitation, any other route authority held by a Grantor pursuant to certificates, orders, notices and approvals issued to a Grantor from time to time, but in each case solely to the extent relating to such route authority.

More Definitions of Route Authorities

Route Authorities means, at any time of determination:
Route Authorities means, at any time of determination, any route authority whether currently in effect or hereafter granted to each Grantor to operate Scheduled Services between the points identified in Schedule 2.1 to this Agreement (as such Schedule may be amended or modified from time to time pursuant to this Agreement), including applicable frequencies, notices, approvals, orders, exemptions and certificate authorities issued to such Grantor from time to time, in each case whether or not utilized by the Grantor.
Route Authorities means, as of any time of determination, the route authorities pledged to the Collateral Trustee pursuant to any Security Agreement as of such time, and “Route Authority” means any of such route authorities as the context requires.
Route Authorities means, at any time of determination, any route authority identified on Schedule 5.2 of the Pledge and Security Agreement as such Schedule may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and “Route Authority” shall mean any of such route authorities as the context requires, in each case whether or not such route authority is utilized at such time by the Borrower or a Grantor and including, without limitation, any other route authority held by a Grantor pursuant to certificates, orders, notices and approvals issued to a Grantor from time to time, but in each case solely to the extent relating to such route authority.

Related to Route Authorities

  • Corporate Authorities means the City Council of the City.

  • Private Authorizations means all franchises, permits, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations of all Persons (other than Governmental Authorities).

  • Appropriate Authority(ies) means the U.S. State Department, the government authority(ies) in the Covered Person’s Home Country or Country of Residence or the government authority(ies) of the Host Country.

  • Authorities means any government authority, agency, body or department having or claiming jurisdiction over the Agreement or the Project, or both.

  • Antitrust Authorities means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the United States Federal Trade Commission or the antitrust or competition law authorities of any other jurisdiction (whether United States, foreign or multinational).

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.

  • Governmental Authorities means any nation, government, province, state, or any entity, authority or body exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including any government authority, agency, department, board, commission or instrumentality of any government or any political subdivision thereof, court, tribunal, arbitrator, the governing body of any securities exchange, and self-regulatory organization, in each case having competent jurisdiction (with each of such Governmental Authorities being referred to as a “Governmental Authority”).

  • Appropriate Authority means any government or taxing authority.

  • State authority means the hospital finance authority created by this act.

  • Appellate Authority means Committee of Directors consisting of Director (Finance) and Director (BD) for works centers under Director (Projects). For all other cases committee of Directors shall consist of Director (Finance) & Director (Projects).

  • Fire authority means the department, agency, or public entity with responsibility

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Authority and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Governmental Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in the Purchase Agreement.

  • contracting authorities means the State, regional or local authorities, bodies governed by public law or associations formed by one or more such authorities or one or more such bodies governed by public law;

  • competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;

  • Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • Regulatory Approvals means any registrations, licenses, authorizations, permits or approvals issued by any Governmental Authority and applications or submissions related to any of the foregoing.

  • Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, any municipality of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, the Canada Border Services Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of Canada and each and every province or territory of Canada (including Revenu Québec) and any political subdivision thereof and any Canadian or foreign government, regulatory authority, government department, agency, commission, bureau, minister, court, tribunal or body or regulation making entity exercising taxing authority or power, and “Taxing Authority” means any one of the Taxing Authorities;

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.

  • Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;

  • Applicable Authority means (a) with respect to SOFR, the SOFR Administrator or any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Administrative Agent or the SOFR Administrator with respect to its publication of SOFR, in each case acting in such capacity and (b) with respect to any Alternative Currency, the applicable administrator for the Relevant Rate for such Alternative Currency or any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Administrative Agent or such administrator with respect to its publication of the applicable Relevant Rate, in each case acting in such capacity.

  • Tax Authorities means domestic or foreign tax, revenue, fiscal or monetary authorities.

  • Necessary Consents means all planning permissions and all other consents, licences, permissions, certificates, authorisations and approvals whether of a public or private nature which shall be required by any Competent Authority for the Permitted Use;

  • Executive Authority means the executive committee or executive mayor of the Municipality or, if the Municipality does not have an executive committee or executive mayor, a committee of councillors appointed by the Municipal Council;
