Royalty Determination Point definition

Royalty Determination Point means the first point of measurement downstream from the wellhead after the initial treatment of the produced substances for the separation and removal of basic sediment and water from the Petroleum Substances;
Royalty Determination Point means the first point at which Petroleum Substances are or can be metered, measured or allocated downstream of the wellhead after, as applicable: (i) any treatment of crude oil for the separation, removal and disposal of basic sediment and water; (ii) any extraction of liquid hydrocarbons from natural gas at the wellhead and any wellsite separation, removal and disposal of basic sediment and water from those liquid hydrocarbons; and (iii) any wellsite dehydration of natural gas.

  • To the extent that the Royalty Payor disposes of Petroleum Substances comprising the Overriding Royalty on behalf of the Royalty Owner, the Royalty Owner’s share of those Petroleum Substances will be free of any deductions for costs and expenses incurred by the Royalty Payor to and including the Royalty Determination Point.

Royalty Determination Point means, unless otherwise defined under the Mineral Lease Specific Terms: a. for Petroleum, the point where product enters a feeder pipeline, being the first point of sale after a battery, or any related lateral owned by the owner of the feeder pipeline; b. for Natural Gas and Solution Gas, the inlet to the meter station of the initial common transporter which includes, but is not limited to, TransCanada Transmission – Alberta System, or in the case where the Natural Gas or Solution Gas is sold directly to an end user, the inlet meter at the end use facility; c. for Natural Gas Liquids, the Natural Gas Liquids outlet meter of the facility at which the Natural Gas Liquids are extracted from Natural Gas or Solution Gas; d. for Field Condensate, the point of sale to an end user or the point of entry into the initial common transporter; e. for Other Substances, the point of sale to an end user or the point of entry into the initial common transporter; f. for Helium, the point of sale to an end user; and, g. for Sulphur, the outlet of the Sulphur processing and loading facility.

Related to Royalty Determination Point

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Currency Valuation Notice means a notice given by the Required Multicurrency Lenders to the Administrative Agent stating that such notice is a “Currency Valuation Notice” and requesting that the Administrative Agent determine the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to make more than one valuation determination pursuant to Currency Valuation Notices within any rolling three month period.

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;
