RSU Agreements definition

RSU Agreements means those certain agreements with respect to the issuance of RSUs between each RSU Holder and the Company.
RSU Agreements means the agreements to be entered into between the Purchaser and each of the grantees of the Purchaser RSUs on the Closing Date.
RSU Agreements means those Restricted Stock Units Agreements by and between CCI, on the one hand, and Employee, on the other hand, under which Employee received one or more grants of Units (as defined in the RSU Agreements) under the Plan and pursuant to which there remain Units outstanding that have not yet had their transfer and forfeiture restrictions lapse as of the Effective Date as referenced above.

Examples of RSU Agreements in a sentence

  • The Company may from time to time designate a third party (an “Award Administrator”) to assist the Company in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan and any RSUs granted thereunder, including by sending award notices on behalf of the Company to Participants, and by facilitating through electronic means acceptance of RSU Agreements by Participants.

  • The Plan and the RSU Agreement(s) are referred collectively to as the “Equity Documents.” The size, type, and terms of any future LTI Award shall be determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee in its discretion.

  • Any terms not defined herein are as defined in the RSU Agreements.

  • These service based restricted stock units will be subject to certain conditions and limitations set forth in separate RSU Agreements.

  • At the Effective Time, Parent shall assume all obligations of the Company with respect to the Company Stock Plans and each outstanding Converted RSU and the RSU Agreements evidencing the grants thereof.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions applicable to such Converted RSUs shall be the same as the terms and conditions set forth in the Company Stock Plans and the RSU Agreements pursuant to which such Converted RSUs were granted, notwithstanding that the Converted RSUs will be issued under the Parent LTIP.

  • Except as explicitly set forth in this Section, Employee shall not vest any further with respect to any of the RSU Agreements following the Separation Date.

RSU Agreements means those certain agreements set forth on Section 1.1(d) of the Company Disclosure Schedules.

RSU Agreements mean the 2004 Restricted Stock Unit Agreement dated as of May 28, 2004 between Employee and Crown Media Holdings, Inc. and the Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Unit Agreement between Employee and Crown Media Holdings, Inc. dated as of May 29, 2004.
RSU Agreements granted to the Grantee by the Company and to make additional amendments to such RSU Agreements, to the extent necessary or desirable to comply with Section 409A.
