RTPP Act definition

RTPP Act means The Rajasthan Transparency in public procurement act 2012. “RTPP Rules” means The Rajasthan Transparency in public procurement Rules 2013. “Rs.” Or “Rupees” Or “INR” means the lawful currency of the Republic of India; “Services” means those services to be performed by the Contractor under this Agreement; “Site” means the parcel of land owned or leased by the RSWC for the Project;
RTPP Act means The Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Act No. 21 of 2012) and Rules thereto.

  • If any statement, information and document submitted by the bidder is found to be false, manipulated or forged during verification process, strict action shall be taken as per RTPP Act 2012.

  • Furthermore, in case of any inconsistency in any of the provisions of this bidding document with the RTPP Act 2012 and Rules thereto, the later shall prevail.

  • The procurement process under this bidding document, terms & conditions mentioned herein are governed by the RTPP Act, 2013.Bidder should read these conditions carefully and comply strictly while sending their Bid.

  • As per RTPP Act 2013, Rule 42 (2) in case of open competitive bidding, two-stage bidding, rate contract, electronic reverse auction, bid security shall be 2% or as specified by the State Government of the estimated value of subject matter of procurement put to bid.

  • Anything that is not mentioned/ covered explicitly in the RFP shall be governed by RTPP Act, 2012 and Rules thereto.

  • If any statement, information, and document submitted by the bidder is found to be false, manipulated, or forged during the verification process, strict action shall be taken as per the RTPP Act 2012.

  • The selection method is receiving financial quotation from Single Source subject to negotiation as permissible under RTPP Act.

  • EP Act means the Environmental Protection Xxx 0000;
