Run of Mine definition

Run of Mine or “ROM” means ore in its natural, unprocessed state.
Run of Mine or “ROM” shall mean the coal as extracted from the colliery and which has not undergone any processing or resizing to suit the requirement of the user.

More Definitions of Run of Mine

Run of Mine means the raw unprocessed or uncrushed material in its natural state obtained after dredging or mining, from the mineralised zone of a lease area;
Run of Mine or “ROM” shall mean the coal comprising of all sizes, which comes out of the Mine without any crushing & screening.
Run of Mine or “R.O.M” means ore from source prior to processing.
Run of Mine means the unprocessed mined material which consists of the soil and rock of overburden, minerals, middlings, contamination and impurities.

  • Eminent Domain means the taking of title to, or the temporary use of, the Project or any part thereof pursuant to eminent domain or condemnation proceedings, or any voluntary conveyance of any part of the Project during the pendency of, or as a result of a threat of, such proceedings.

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Speech or language impairment means a communication disorder, such as stuttering, impaired articulation, a language impairment, or a voice impairment, that adversely affects a child’s educational performance.

  • Diversion means the unauthorized movement of radioactive material subject to this chapter to a location different from the material’s authorized destination inside or outside of the site at which the material is used or stored.

  • Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.

  • Proven Mineral Reserve means the economically mineable part of a Measured Mineral Resource. A Proven Mineral Reserve implies a high degree of confidence in the Modifying Factors.

  • Event of Eminent Domain with respect to any Property, (a) any compulsory transfer or taking by condemnation, seizure, eminent domain or exercise of a similar power, or transfer under threat of such compulsory transfer or taking or confiscation of such Property or the requisition of the use of such Property, by any agency, department, authority, commission, board, instrumentality or political subdivision of any state, the United States or another Governmental Authority having jurisdiction or (b) any settlement in lieu of clause (a) above.

  • Depleted uranium means the source material uranium in which the isotope uranium-235 is less than 0.711 weight percent of the total uranium present. Depleted uranium does not include special nuclear material.

  • exclusive economic zone ’ means the zone established by Presidential Proclamation Numbered 5030, dated March 10, 1983, including the ocean waters of the areas referred to as ‘‘eastern special areas’’ in Article 3(1) of the Agreement between the United States of America and the Union of Soviet Socialist Re- publics on the Maritime Boundary, signed June 1, 1990;

  • Unleased mineral owner means a royalty interest owner who owns oil and/or gas rights free of a lease or other instrument conveying all or any portion of the working interest in such rights to another. At the time of this order, the unleased mineral owners identified by Ascent include those listed on Exhibit A.

  • Livestock means that term as defined in section 5 of the animal industry act, 1988 PA 466, MCL 287.705.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Inferred Mineral Resource means that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality can be estimated on the basis of geological evidence and limited sampling and reasonably assumed, but not verified, geological and grade continuity. The estimate is based on limited information and sampling gathered through appropriate techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes.

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • COGS means the cost of goods sold as determined in accordance with U.S.GAAP;

  • Combined sewer overflow means the discharge of untreated or

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Usable cannabis means any cannabis plant material, including seeds, but not (i) resin that has been extracted from any part of the cannabis plant, its seeds, or its resin; (ii) the mature stalks, fiber produced from the stalks, or any other compound, manufacture, salt, or derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks; or (iii) oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant.

  • COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.
