Runtime Components definition

Runtime Components means components of the Software that are intended to be integrated into and distributed as an integral part of a Target System, as described in the License Guide and in Software documentation.
Runtime Components means any of the individual files, libraries or executable code contained in the Runtime Software directory (e.g., the runtime folder) or the Runtime Software utilities included in the utilities directory or installer files. Adobe AIR.dll, Runtime.apk, runtime executables, template.exe and xxxxxxxx.xxx are examples of Runtime Components.
Runtime Components means the Software components, which components are listed in the Documentation, that enable the Generated Proxies to function in Licensee’s Works on a Deployment Server.

Examples of Runtime Components in a sentence

  • Customer must purchase one (1) Runtime License for each core, processor, or node of each device or product containing the Runtime Components used to execute the Target Software distributed by Customer.

  • If the Licensed Product on the applicable Quote includes the word “Embedded” in the product description, Customer may only use Runtime Licenses to distribute Runtime Components in licensed quantities as specified in the applicable Quote to execute the Target Software.

  • If the Licensed Product on the applicable Quote includes the word “Native” in the product description, PTC hereby also grants Customer a license to use and distribute an unlimited quantity of Runtime Components for Native Deployment during the term of this Agreement.

  • Certain of the Licensed Products and Runtime Components may contain third party software components for which additional terms apply (“Third Party Components”), if so—the current additional terms are set forth on the Schedule of Third Party Terms available in the legal policies and guidelines section of xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.

  • PTC does not offer Support Services for Runtime Licenses and for Runtime Components that are distributed as part of Customer’s Target Software.

  • Subject to the intellectual property rights described above, Customer shall own the Target Software and of all copyright, trade secret, patent, trademark and other intellectual or industrial property rights in and to the Target Software (excluding any Runtime Components that may be incorporated into the Target Software).

  • If the Licensed Product on the applicable Quote includes the word “Embedded” in the product description, PTC hereby also grants Customer a license to use and distribute an unlimited quantity of Runtime Components for Embedded Deployment during the term of this Agreement.

  • Customer may only use Runtime Licenses to distribute Runtime Components in licensed quantities as specified in the applicable Quote to execute the Target Software.


More Definitions of Runtime Components

Runtime Components means the components of the Software specified in the Documentation as "Main class of Javonet solution" which provide access to bridging functionality in conjunction with the Licensee Works.
Runtime Components means the byte code files that must be linked to or included in order to allow Licensee Application to use the capabilities described in the API.
Runtime Components means any components of the Licensed Software incorporated in or used in the execution of the Licensee Product.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Service Component means certain enabling Software, hardware peripherals and associated documentation which may be separately provided by Symantec as an incidental part of a Service.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
