Rural Lot definition

Rural Lot means a lot where a rural use -
Rural Lot means any lot situated within a rural zone as classified by the town planning scheme and includes land predominately used for rural purposes;
Rural Lot means a Lot which is one (1) hectare (two point four seven eleven (2.4711) acres) in size or larger.
