RV Lot definition

RV Lot means that portion of the Lands set out on the Proposed Resort Layout attached as Schedule “B” and identified on Schedule “C” for the use of a particular Owner;
RV Lot or “Premises” means the real property (which is a recreational vehicle lot) rented to RVer by Owner as defined by the Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law.
RV Lot means a lot described and intended by the Community Owner for placement of a Recreational Vehicle.

RV Lot means an area of the Lands within the RV Park described and shown as a numbered area on Schedule A hereto which a Co-owner is entitled to use exclusively as their own area of land to enjoy and improve pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and RV Lots means more than one.

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.

  • Corner lot means a lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two streets, or upon two parts of the same street, the adjacent sides of which street or streets (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the street extremities of the side lot lines) contain an angle of not more than one hundred and thirty-five (135) degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the building lot shall be that point on the street line nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.

  • Through lot means a property bounded on two opposite sides by two or more streets;

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Parcels means a property within the District, identified by either a tax map identification number assigned by the Appraisal District for real property tax purposes, by metes and bounds description, or by lot and block number in a final subdivision plat recorded in the official public records of the County, or by any other means determined by the City.

  • FILOT or “FILOT Payments” shall mean the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Unencumbered means, with respect to any Hotel Property, at any date of determination, the circumstance that such Hotel Property on such date:

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • Modular home means a modular unit as defined in Section 15A-1-302.

  • Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Side lot line means a lot line other than a front or rear lot line.

  • Total Unencumbered Assets means the sum of (i) those Undepreciated Real Estate Assets not subject to an Encumbrance for borrowed money and (ii) all other assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries not subject to an Encumbrance for borrowed money determined in accordance with GAAP (but excluding accounts receivable and intangibles).

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Financeable Ground Lease means, a ground lease reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders, which must provide customary protections for a potential leasehold mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) such as (i) a remaining term, including any optional extension terms exercisable unilaterally by the tenant, of no less than 25 years, (ii) a provision that the ground lease will not be terminated until the Mortgagee has received notice of a default, has had a reasonable opportunity to cure and has failed to do so, (iii) provision for a new lease to the Mortgagee as tenant on the same terms if the ground lease is terminated for any reason, (iv) transferability of the tenant’s interest under the ground lease by the Mortgagee without any requirement for consent of the ground lessor unless based on delivery of customary assignment and assumption agreements from the transferor and transferee, (v) the ability of the tenant to mortgage tenant’s interest under the ground lease without any requirement for consent of the ground lessor and (vi) provisions that the tenant under the ground lease (or the leasehold mortgagee) has customary protections with respect to the application of insurance proceeds or condemnation awards attributable to the tenant’s interest under the ground lease and related improvements.

  • Loan Property means any property in which the applicable party (or a subsidiary of it) holds a security interest and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
