Legal Aid South Africa (Legal Aid SA) is a national public entity established by the Legal Aid SA Act 39 of 2014 (the Act), to render or make available legal aid and legal advice, to provide legal representation to persons at state expense and to provide education and information concerning legal rights and obligations as envisaged in the Constitution and in the Act.
Funds SA is established under the Superannuation Funds Management Corporation of South Australia Act 1995 (the Funds SA Act).
