Safety Deposit Box definition

Safety Deposit Box means the service offered by the Bank to existing Customers whereby a Customer can store valuable physical items and documents in locked boxes maintained in a secure area of the Bank.

Security Agreement, Financing Statement, Financing Change Statement, Personal Property, All Present and After Acquired Property, PPS Lease, Purchase Money Security Interest, Registration and Security Interest have the meanings given to them in the PPSA. Xxxxxx means the entity identified as the Xxxxxx in the Details. Xxxxxx Property means items which the Xxxxxx stores in the Safety Deposit Box. Special Conditions mean the special conditions under clause 25 and as specified in the Details. Interpretation In this Agreement the following rules of interpretation apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Examples of Safety Deposit Box in a sentence

  • Please place your cash, securities, jewelry or other valuables in the Safety Deposit Box at no charge at the Front Desk Cashier.

  • The Bank reserves the right to be indemnified from any losses that it may incur as a result of a customer using Safety Deposit Box services.

  • J&T Banka will enable access to the Safety Deposit Box after the Verification of identity has been executed.

  • Annually file a computer software and data backup in the Safety Deposit Box 19.

  • By entering into a Contract or a contract for the rental of a Safety Deposit Box, you consent to the debiting of the amount of the fee from the Account.

  • If you release the Safety Deposit Box, J&T Banka will return the proportionate amount of the fee on the basis of the issued credit note for the period from the first (1) day of the following calendar month to the end of the paid period.

  • You must not use the Safety Deposit Box to store weapons, ammunitions, explosive, easily inflammable and flammable or otherwise dangerous items, perishable items or items that would be in breach of legal regulations or general interest.

  • Before accessing the Safety Deposit Box, you must enable J&T Banka to perform an Authentication of your identity.

  • You will be able to access the Safety Deposit Box during Hours of Operation.

  • You are responsible for the keys from the Safety Deposit Box issued to you.

Related to Safety Deposit Box

  • Front Yard means the yard extending across the full width of the lot between the front lot line and the nearest part of any building or structure on the lot.

  • deposits townsite means the townsite to be established on or near the mining areas pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
