  • Purchaser shall assume all liabilities and obligations relating to excess savings plan benefits of participating U.S. Salaried Transitioned Employees attributable to service through the Closing Date and ITTI shall cause accruals to be reflected on the Closing Balance Sheet in an amount equal to the excess savings plan balances of such U.S. Salaried Transitioned Employees.
