Sales Commitments definition

Sales Commitments means the volume of Designated Products which a Member has agreed to sell to the Company as determined in Section 2.A for the first year of the Supply Agreement and in Section 4 for all subsequent years during the Term.
Sales Commitments means those unfulfilled sales orders, commitments by the Company to customers and other agreements of the Company, whether written or oral, made in the ordinary course of business, to sell Products through the Closing Date. Sales Commitments as of June 14, 2000 are set forth in Exhibit 1(P) hereof and shall be updated as of the Closing Date.
Sales Commitments means all open sales orders, commitments and agreements of Company to sell Products, including but not limited to, those sales commitments listed on Schedule 1(x), annexed hereto and made a part hereof, copies of which have been delivered to Buyer.

  • The Company shall prepare and append to this Supply Agreement schedules showing the Sales Commitments so determined which shall be labeled "Sales Commitments for [Member's name] For January 1 through December 31, [year]".
