The Company shall prepare and append to this Supply Agreement schedules showing the Sales Commitments so determined which shall be labeled "Sales Commitments for [Member's name] For January 1 through December 31, [year]".
The Company will purchase from the Members or otherwise sell on behalf of the Members all Sales Commitments.
