Sales Facilities definition

Sales Facilities means galleries, desks and other physical facilities from which interests in units of Vacation Ownership Properties are offered and sold to the public.

  • If due to Landlord’s default in failing to convey the Sales Facilities, the election to extend the Master Lease is rescinded, Tenant shall have the option to extend the term of the Master Lease for the Third Renewal Term as provided in the Fifth Amendment.

  • Any such Rebranded Sales Facilities shall be subject to Licensor’s approval.

More Definitions of Sales Facilities

Sales Facilities. The Project Leader assigns the Friends an area for the sale of educational and interpretive items for the benefit of the visiting public. The Friends will work with the Project Leader and/or Service designee, to ensure that merchandise displays/venues are universally accessible and are in keeping with the general design and decor of the facility. The Project Leader and the Friends will agree in writing on the appropriate space before the Friends occupies the facility. The Friends may use Service facilities to establish temporary venues such as sales tables and Friends exhibits for the sale of educational and interpretive items. Temporary sales venues are generally limited to special events such as birding festivals, National Wildlife Refuge Week, Discovery Days, and other public occasions. The Project Leader or designee must approve the temporary venue. EXHIBIT B EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS Publication and distribution of educational and interpretive material is an effective means to extend visitors’ interpretation and education experiences. The Friends may provide these materials.
Sales Facilities means kiosks, galleries, desks and other physical facilities from which Shared Ownership Products which are part of the Licensed Shared Ownership Business are offered and sold to the public.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
