Sales Revenues definition

Sales Revenues means the revenues that are derived from Retail Sales and Wholesale Sales.
Sales Revenues has the meaning assigned to that expression in the Financial and Accounting Procedures;
Sales Revenues means the value of Products sold based on actual prices realised (or which would have been realised but for any hedging and other price protection activities), net of smelting and refining charges, royalties and other selling expenses.

Sales Revenues shall have the following meaning:
Sales Revenues means, with respect to any calendar year, the aggregate gross revenue unconditionally received by ADI during such year from sales of Licensed Products less (i) amounts repaid or credited by reason of defects, returns, rejections, rebates, retroactive price allowances or adjustments; (ii) sales, excise, value-added and other similar taxes and customs duties paid, absorbed or allowed; (iii) commissions paid or allowed to independent brokers and/or agents; (iv) packing and transportation charges (including insurance); and (v) trade and quantity discounts actually allowed and taken.
Sales Revenues means the income of the Company as shown in the Company's management accounts. 2.3.5.9 "Sales Costs" means the expenditure of the Company excluding "Personnel Costs" and overheads as shown in the Company's management accounts. 2.3.5.10 "Personnel Costs" means the cost to the Company of employing or engaging staff in the operation of its business as shown in the Company's management accounts. As used in this Agreement the term “Affiliate” of an entity shall mean any person or entity controlled by, controlling or under common control with the relevant entity.
Sales Revenues means aggregate revenues as defined by US GAAP (net of sales returns, price protection amounts, credits, rebates, discounts and cooperative advertising allowances) attributable to sales made by Logitech outside the United States and Canada for the period from January 1, 1998 up to and including December 31, 1998 pursuant to the Joint Marketing Agreement.
