Advertising Allowances Clause Samples

The Advertising Allowances clause defines the terms under which one party, typically a supplier or manufacturer, provides financial support or credits to another party, such as a retailer or distributor, for advertising and promoting the supplier's products. This clause outlines the types of advertising activities that qualify for reimbursement, the process for submitting claims, and any limits or conditions on the allowance, such as maximum amounts or required documentation. Its core practical function is to incentivize and support the promotion of products while ensuring both parties have clear guidelines on how advertising costs are shared and reimbursed, thereby reducing disputes and aligning marketing efforts.
