Salvaged Parts means discrete automobile parts obtained from salvaged vehicles.

  • Except as otherwise from time to time determined by the Board or the Members in accordance with Article VI, as applicable, the Company shall engage in the business (collectively, the "Business") of creating and operating an internet and network-based marketplace for the purchase and distribution of OEM Parts, Non-OEM Parts and Salvaged Parts.
