Assay means a laboratory analysis of Crude Petroleum to include the following: A.P.I. Certificate of Analysis means a document signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturer, describing Specifications for, and testing methods applied to, Product, and the results of testing.
Tests means and include such test or tests to be carried out on the part of the contractor as are prescribed in the contract or considered necessary by BHEL, in order to ascertain the quality, workmanship, performance and efficiency of the contractor or part thereof.
Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles.
