Sampling Unit definition

Sampling Unit means a unit of Regulated Marijuana Transferred to a Sampling Manager for purposes of quality control and product development pursuant to Rules 5-230 and 5-320, sections 44-10-502(4) and 44-10-503(10), C.R.S., and Rules 6-225 and 6-320, and sections 44-10-602(6)
