Sanofi Territory definition

Sanofi Territory means all the countries of Africa, the Middle East-Turkey, and Eurasia, as detailed in Exhibit E, which list of territories shall be deemed automatically amended from time to time upon any amendment to the definition of “Sanofi Territory” in the License Agreement.
