Sapphire Technology definition

Sapphire Technology is defined in Section 10.3.4 of SOW #1.
Sapphire Technology means all inventions, data, improvements, discoveries, ideas, processes, methodologies, formulas, techniques, works of authorship, trade secrets and know-how, whether patentable or not, related to sapphire growth [***], conceived, reduced to practice, authored, or otherwise created or developed by or for GTAT either (i) [***] or (ii) [***].
