Satellite Anomaly definition

Satellite Anomaly means, with respect to the Satellite in-orbit, a condition or occurrence that has a material adverse impact on the Satellite Stated Life or performance of such Satellite.
Satellite Anomaly means, with respect to any Satellite, any post-Launch occurrence that has or could have an impact on the Satellite's health or performance of such Satellite.
Satellite Anomaly means, with respect to any Satellite, any occurrence that occurs at or after Intentional Ignition and has or could have an impact on a Satellite's health or performance of such Satellite.

  • After the expiration of the period specified above and through the Satellite Stated Life, a failure of the software integrated into such component of the GCE to meet the applicable requirements of this Contract, including the Statement of Work, will, if such failure results in a Satellite Anomaly, be resolved in the response to the Satellite Anomaly pursuant to Article 17.3 (Satellite Non-Conformances and Anomalies) below.

  • Contractor shall investigate any Satellite Anomaly in any Satellite arising during the life of the Satellite, and use reasonable best efforts to correct any such Satellite Anomaly that is correctable by Contractor from Purchaser's SCF using the facilities and equipment available at such site.

  • In the event that the occurrence of a Satellite Anomaly is due to indeterminable causes or causes not solely or substantially attributable to Boeing, Customer shall pay Boeing the Actual Costs reasonably incurred of all services provided by Boeing associated with such Satellite Anomaly services, including a reasonable profit thereon not to exceed (***), which costs shall be invoiced and paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 (Payment and Adjustments).

  • Contractor shall investigate any SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly occurring in the Satellite during the in-orbit life of such Satellite and known to it or as notified in writing by Purchaser, and shall undertake SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly resolution support services in accordance with Paragraph 2.5.8.4 of Exhibit A, Statement of Work.

  • In the event of a SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly occurring during and after Launch and throughout the SATMEX 8 Satellite Stated Life, Purchaser shall timely provide Contractor with or give Contractor access to any data Contractor may reasonably require to investigate and/or correct such SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly pursuant and subject to Article 14.2 and/or support Purchaser in preparing, presenting and settling any claims for insurance recovery relating to such SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly.

  • This payment by Customer for Satellite Anomaly services shall not apply if the Satellite Anomaly is caused as a result of errors in operations procedures delivered by Boeing or as a result of Boeing withholding the support as and when required by Section 5.2 of Exhibit A (Statement of Work) or due to a Software Failure.

  • In addition, secretarial support shall be provided to Xx. Xxxxxxxx during the Lease Period by a secretary selected by Xx. Xxxxxxxx and reasonably acceptable to the Company.

  • In the event of a Satellite Anomaly that occurs during the life of a Satellite, Purchaser shall timely provide Contractor with or give Contractor access to any data Contractor may reasonably require to investigate or correct (if Contractor is able to do so) such Satellite Anomaly or make or settle any insurance claim relating to such Satellite Anomaly.

  • In the event of a Satellite Anomaly that occurs during the Satellite Stated Life, Purchaser shall timely provide Contractor with or give Contractor access to any of Purchaser’s data Contractor may reasonably require to investigate and correct (per Article 15.3 hereof) such Satellite Anomaly and/or support Purchaser in making and perfecting claims for insurance recovery relating to such Satellite Anomaly as set forth in Article 32.

  • At no cost to Purchaser, Contractor shall investigate any Satellite Anomaly in the Satellite delivered on-orbit arising during the life of such Satellite and known to it or as notified in writing by Purchaser and undertake anomaly resolution support services in accordance with Section 2.3.9 (Standard On-Orbit Support) of Exhibit A, Statement of Work.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • Congenital Anomaly means a condition which is present since birth, and which is abnormal with reference to form, structure or position.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Compression Ignition Engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Payload means all property to be flown or used on or in a Launch Vehicle.

  • Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.

  • Workaround means a temporary modification to or change in operating procedures for the Work that: (i) circumvents or effectively mitigates the adverse effects of a Defect so that the Work complies with and performs in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Documentation; (ii) does not require substantial reconfiguration of the Work or any reloading of data; and (iii) does not otherwise impose any requirements that would impede an end user’s efficient use of the Work.
