Satellite Stated Life definition

Satellite Stated Life or “Satellite Mission Life” means, with respect to a Satellite, the contracted for life of fifteen (15) years for such Satellite as set forth in Exhibit B, Technical
Satellite Stated Life or “Orbital Mission Life” means, with respect to the Satellite, the contracted for life of fifteen (15) years for such Satellite as set forth in Section 3.1.7.2 of Exhibit B (Satellite and Common Subsystem Technical Specification) and Exhibit B2 (F-2 (Satmex 7) Payload and Satellite Unique Technical Specification), commencing upon: (i) the IOT Complete Date; for such Satellite; or (ii) Final Acceptance of the Satellite, whichever is earlier. In the event that, for reasons not attributable to Boeing, the Satellite has been placed in a storage orbit, or IOT has not been performed at its orbital location and then must be drifted to its orbital location prior to handover, then any such in-orbit storage or drift period shall be counted in the Satellite Stated Life.
Satellite Stated Life or “Satellite Mission Life” means, with respect to a Satellite, the contracted-for life of fifteen (15) years for such Satellite as set forth in Section 2.7 of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification, commencing upon Acceptance of such Satellite.

Examples of Satellite Stated Life in a sentence

  • Such report shall be provided to Contractor on a monthly basis thereafter, delivered to Contractor promptly after the end of each month during the Satellite Stated Life.

  • Boeing’s obligations under this Article 17.3 (Satellite Non-Conformances and Anomalies) shall extend through the Satellite Stated Life.

  • Boeing’s obligation under this Article 30 (Corrective Measures) shall extend through the Satellite Stated Life.

  • In the event of a SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly occurring during and after Launch and throughout the SATMEX 8 Satellite Stated Life, Purchaser shall timely provide Contractor with or give Contractor access to any data Contractor may reasonably require to investigate and/or correct such SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly pursuant and subject to Article 14.2 and/or support Purchaser in preparing, presenting and settling any claims for insurance recovery relating to such SATMEX 8 Satellite Anomaly.

  • Should Purchaser elect to continue the use of the Satellite operating beyond its Satellite Stated Life, Purchaser shall pay to Contractor the amount of the Daily Rate for each day during such period(s) of continued use by Purchaser, provided the Satellite is not a Total Loss.

  • Contractor shall investigate any Satellite Anomaly in any Satellite arising during at a minimum the Satellite Stated Life of the Satellite, and for any period during which Contractor is entitled to earn performance incentives, and known to it or as notified in writing by MSV and shall undertake Satellite Anomaly resolution support Services in accordance with Exhibit A, L-Band Space Based Network Statement of Work.

  • Such report will be provided to Contractor on a regular basis thereafter, delivered to Contractor promptly no later than after the end of every three (3) months during the Satellite Stated Life.

  • After the expiration of the period specified above and through the Satellite Stated Life, a failure of the software integrated into an item of SCF Baseband TC&R Equipment and/or Satellite Unique Ground Products to meet the applicable requirements of Exhibit A, Statement of Work, will, if such failure results in a Satellite Anomaly, be resolved in accordance with the Satellite Anomaly process pursuant to Article 15.3, below.

  • In the event of a Satellite Anomaly that occurs during the Satellite Stated Life, Purchaser shall timely provide Contractor with, or give Contractor access to, any data Contractor may reasonably require to investigate and correct (if Contractor is able to do so) such Satellite Anomaly and/or support Purchaser in making and perfecting claims for insurance recovery relating to such Satellite Anomaly as set forth in Article 35.2.


More Definitions of Satellite Stated Life

Satellite Stated Life or “Satellite Mission Life” means, with respect to the Satellite, the contracted-for life of [***] for such Satellite, commencing upon the IOT Complete Date for such Satellite.
Satellite Stated Life means fifteen (15) years after the earlier to occur of: (i) thirty (30) days after Lift-Off or (ii) Purchaser's Acceptance or rejection of a Satellite pursuant to Article 10.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Modular building manufacturer means a person or corporation who owns or operates a

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses, Non-Dispatched Charging Energy, and Load Serving Charging Energy) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load. Network Load shall not include Dispatched Charging Energy.
