Satellite Broadcasting Business definition

Satellite Broadcasting Business means, as of any date, the satellite broadcasting business owned or operated by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on such date.

  • There are no material strikes, unfair labor practice charges or other material labor disputes or grievances pending or, to the best of the Borrower's knowledge, threatened against the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Station (including, without limitation, the Stations being acquired pursuant to the Busse Purchase Agreement and Like-Kind Xxxxxnge Agreement), any Newspaper, the Porta Phone Business or the Satellite Broadcasting Business.

  • The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, obtain, renew and extend all of the foregoing rights, Licenses and the like which may be necessary for the continuance of the operation of the Stations, the Newspapers, the Porta Phone Business and the Satellite Broadcasting Business.
