Satellite Broadcasting Business definition

Satellite Broadcasting Business means, as of any date, the satellite broadcasting business owned or operated by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on such date.

  • There are no material strikes, unfair labor practice charges or other material labor disputes or grievances pending or, to the best of the Borrower's knowledge, threatened against the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Station (including, without limitation, the Stations being acquired pursuant to the Busse Purchase Agreement and Like-Kind Xxxxxnge Agreement), any Newspaper, the Porta Phone Business or the Satellite Broadcasting Business.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning.   • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

Activities include using, transporting except by common or contract carriers, or storing at a temporary job site, performing surveys to confirm the adequacy of boundaries, setting up equipment, and any activity inside restricted area boundaries. Transporting a radiation machine is not considered a radiographic operation.
