Satellite Contracts definition

Satellite Contracts means, as of any date, collectively, the Launch Services Agreement, the Satellite Purchase Agreement, the TTC&M Contract and each material contract to which the Customer or an Affiliate is party that is necessary to the construction, operation or use of the assets referred to in clause (g) of the definition of "COLLATERAL".

  • Each of the Transferors shall give all required notices to third parties, and shall use its best efforts to obtain all required consents, including, without limitation, all consents required by counterparties to the Satellite Contracts, regulatory authorities and any other material third-party consents that may be required or that Seller reasonably may request, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • The Transferors shall assign, transfer and convey all of their respective right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property acquired from the U.S. government or other parties to the Satellite Contracts in connection with the MCI FCC License, the Earth Station Authorizations or the Assigned Contracts.

Related to Satellite Contracts

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
