Satellite Performance Specification definition

Satellite Performance Specification means the Satellite performance specification attached as Exhibit B (Satellite and Common Subsystem Technical Specification) and Exhibit B2 (F-2 (Satmex 7) Payload and Satellite Unique Technical Specification), as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Satellite Performance Specification means the Satellite performance specification attached as Exhibit B, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Satellite Performance Specification or “Specification” means the Satellite performance specification attached as Exhibit B, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

  • Each Customer Waiver shall be deemed an amendment to the Satellite Performance Specification or to the applicable provision or Exhibit of this Contract for other Deliverable Items permitting such waiver thereof, or deviation therefrom, effective on or after the date of such approval for such Satellite or Deliverable Item.

  • In the event such tests demonstrate conformity of the SATMEX 8 Satellite to the applicable requirements of the SATMEX 8 Satellite Performance Specification and Purchaser confirms in writing such demonstrated conformity (not to be unreasonably withheld), Purchaser shall direct that the SATMEX 8 Satellite be prepared and shipped by Contractor to the Launch Site (or any other location as Purchaser may direct).

  • The Contractor must agree to comply fully with and be bound by the provisions of the Health Care Accountability Ordinance (HCAO), as set forth in San Francisco Labor and Employment Code Article 121 (formerly Administrative Code Chapter 12Q).

  • A “Less than Satisfactorily Operating Satellite” means a Satellite that does not meet all of the performance requirements of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification.

  • In the event that the SPSR demonstrates that: (i) testing has been performed in accordance with the applicable sections of Exhibit D, Satellite Program Test Plan, and (ii) the Satellite conforms to the applicable requirements of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification (including any waivers or deviations approved by Purchaser pursuant to Article 9.1.4), Contractor shall provide written notification to Purchaser of completion of the SPSR.

  • The Launch Vehicle shall be one of the candidate Launch Vehicles identified in Paragraph 2.1 (Launch Requirements) of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification, and the Launch Date shall be compatible with the Satellite Delivery schedule set forth in Article 3.1 hereof.

  • In the event that such SPSR demonstrates: (i) all testing has been performed in accordance with Exhibit D, Satellite Program Test Plan; and (ii) conformity of the Satellite to the applicable requirements of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification (including any waivers or deviations approved by Purchaser pursuant to Article 9.1.4), the Satellite shall be prepared and shipped to the Launch Site for Launch.

  • The purpose of each SPSR shall be to (i) review test data and analyses for the Satellite, (ii) demonstrate all testing has been completed in accordance with Exhibit D, Satellite Test Plan, and (iii) determine whether such Satellite meets applicable Satellite performance specification requirements, as set forth in Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification (except those requirements that have been waived pursuant to Article 9.3 below), and is ready for shipment to the Launch Site.

  • Service Specification means and includes detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and as specified in the Contract, as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and specifications affecting the work or any additional specification required to be produced by the Bidder to meet the design criteria.
