Satisfactorily Operating Satellite definition

Satisfactorily Operating Satellite means, with respect to a Satellite, that such Satellite meets or exceeds the performance specifications set forth in Exhibit A (Satellite Performance Specifications).
Satisfactorily Operating Satellite means, that the Satellite meets the performance specifications in Exhibit B (Satellite and Common Subsystem Technical Specification) and Exhibit B2 (F-2 (Satmex 7) Payload and Satellite Unique Technical Specification), A Non-Conformance in the Satellite that can be corrected by operating via a redundant Component on the Satellite or by other means will not be deemed to negate the “satisfactorily operating” status of the Satellite.
Satisfactorily Operating Satellite has the meaning set forth in Article 13.2.1.

Examples of Satisfactorily Operating Satellite in a sentence

  • Boeing shall be given a reasonable opportunity to review all relevant data, but in any case without exceeding thirty (30) days after receiving the notification from Customer of is less than a Satisfactorily Operating Satellite.

More Definitions of Satisfactorily Operating Satellite

Satisfactorily Operating Satellite means that all performance parameters for the Satellite meet the requirements of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification. A “Less than Satisfactorily Operating Satellite” means a Satellite that does not meet all of the performance requirements of Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification.
