Satellite Performance Specifications means the specifications set forth inthe relevant Contracts identified in Definition 1 applying to NSS-703, NSS-5 and NSS-806 Satellites, and such waivers or amendments thereto as may from time to time be executed. Examples of Satellite Performance Specifications in a sentence

  • If such Contractor requested change causes an increase or decrease or other impact in the Contract Price, Delivery Schedule, Satellite Performance Specifications, or other terms of this Agreement, Contractor shall submit, with such request, a written proposal identifying such change and the impact thereof on the Contract Price, Delivery Schedule, Satellite Performance Specifications, or other terms of this Agreement.

  • Such authorization shall constitute acknowledgment by Purchaser that the Satellite conforms to the Satellite Performance Specifications, as of SPSR, for the purpose of obtaining Purchaser’s authorization to ship.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).
