SB Antigens means Antigens discovered and/or in-licensed by SB and related physical forms based on such Antigens including peptides, proteins and nucleic acids other than Research Program Antigens.

  • Licensed Compound means a TAK-385 Licensed Compound or a TAK-448 Licensed Compound.
