SBEC Program definition

SBEC Program means the program described in Schedule “C”, the Program Guidelines and the Program Plan that consists of SBEC Core, Starter Company Plus and Summer Company programs.
SBEC Program means the undertaking set out in Schedule “C”.

Examples of SBEC Program in a sentence

  • The Recipient will carry out the SBEC Program and use the Funds without an actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest.

  • If, pursuant to Section A12.2(c), the Province determines that the costs to wind down the SBEC Program exceed the Funds remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient, the Province will not provide additional Funds to the Recipient.

  • The Recipient shall approve applicants in accordance with the SBEC Program eligibility requirements or guidance described below at minimum.

  • The Recipient is responsible for reporting on activities and outcomes of the SBEC Program through the collection and reporting of key performance measures identified by the Province.

  • The Recipient has applied to the Province for Funds to assist the Recipient in carrying out the SBEC Program and the Province wishes to provide such Funds on the terms and conditions contained herein.

  • Eligible Expenditures include, but are not limited to: • SBEC Program administration and overhead (not to exceed 10% of amount budgeted for the SBEC Program expenses as described in the Budget) pursuant to Schedule “A”, Section A4.4(c)(i).

  • The Final Report will be in a template to be provided by the Province, but must include: • Updated SBEC Program plan and outcomes chart and budget.

  • Facility and equipment rental fees and utilities used to support the delivery of the SBEC Program, and not of a nature which the proponent would incur in the normal course of business, and which are demonstrably incremental to the delivery of the SBEC Program.

  • The Recipient shall deliver all the SBEC Program components below for the Initiatives.

Related to SBEC Program

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Educator preparation program means a planned sequence of academic courses and experiences leading to a recommendation for licensure by the State Board.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Prescription monitoring program “PMP,” or “program” means the program established pursuant to 657—Chapter 37 for the collection and maintenance of PMP information and for the provision of PMP information to authorized individuals.

  • PACE Program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
