SBIC definition

SBIC means a small business investment company licensed under the SBIC Act.
SBIC shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.16.

  • The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, cause or permit the occurrence of any event or condition that would result in any recourse to any Obligor under any Permitted SBIC Guarantee.
