Schedule D Contractor definition

Schedule D Contractor. An entity listed in Attachment No. 4 of the Contract that has entered into a Contract with Western in accordance with Section 2(d) of the Xxxxxx Power Allocation Act of 2011 and the Conformed Criteria.
Schedule D Contractor. A new allottee listed in Exhibit A, which enters into a contract with Western pursuant to Xxxxxx Power Allocation Act of 2011 and the Conformed Criteria.

  • The employer should review its workers' compensation policy to ensure that the telecommuting employee will be covered.
