Irregularity means any breach of Union law, or of national law relating to its application, resulting from an act or omission by an economic operator involved in the implementation of the ESI Funds, which has, or would have, the effect of prejudicing the budget of the Union by charging an unjustified item of expenditure to the budget of the Union.
Minor Irregularities means anything in the proposal that does not affect the price, quality and/or quantity, or any other mandatory requirement.
Minor Technical Irregularities means anything in the proposal that does not affect the price quality and quantity or any other mandatory requirement.
Irregularity in testing security means an act or omission that tends to corrupt or impair the security of an examination, including, without limitation:
Irregularity in testing administration means the failure to administer an examination in the manner intended by the person or entity that created the examination.
Supplemental Perfection Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.
Defects means any part of the Works not completed in accordance with the Contract, or completed with deficiencies and flaws and includes deficiencies, flaws, etc. developed during the execution of Works and during the Defect Liability Period.
Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Title Document means, with respect to any Financed Vehicle, the certificate of title for, or other evidence of ownership of, such Financed Vehicle issued by the Registrar of Titles in the jurisdiction in which such Financed Vehicle is registered.
Objection means any objection, application, motion, complaint or any other legal proceeding seeking, in whole or in part, to Disallow, determine, liquidate, classify, reclassify or establish the priority, expunge, subordinate or estimate any Claim (including the resolution of any request for payment of any Administrative Claim) or Interest other than a Claim or an Interest that is Allowed.
The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.
Acceptable Document of Title means, with respect to any Inventory, a tangible, negotiable xxxx of lading or other Document (as defined in the UCC) that (a) is issued by a common carrier which is not an Affiliate of the Approved Foreign Vendor or any Loan Party which is in actual possession of such Inventory, (b) is issued to the order of a Loan Party or, if so requested by the Agent, to the order of the Agent, (c) names the Agent as a notify party and bears a conspicuous notation on its face of the Agent’s security interest therein, (d) is not subject to any Lien (other than in favor of the Agent), and (e) is on terms otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as amended by the Debtors from time to time in accordance with the Plan, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors.
Validity means being:
Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;
Perfection Representations means the representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.

Defect means any part of the Works not completed in accordance with the Contract.
Receivable Schedule means the list identifying the Receivables attached as Schedule 1 to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and as Schedule A to the Receivables Purchase Agreement (which list may be in an electronic format).
The Schedule of Quantities/BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires. 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKThe detailed scope of the work is given in the BOQ

Receivables Schedule means the schedule of receivables attached as Schedule A, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Conversion Shares Settlement Request Notice, which date shall be at least forty (40) Business Days following the Suspension Date.
Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.
