Schedule of Protection definition

Schedule of Protection means the schedule issued to you that has Loss of Licence benefits for the current Protection Year following payment of the Contribution for the current Protection Year.
Schedule of Protection means a document and any endorsement to it issued by the Mutual in its discretion in accordance with Rule 6 which evidences the scope and extent of the discretionary protections granted to a Member.

Examples of Schedule of Protection in a sentence

  • Subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth below, during the Warranty Period following installation reflected on page 1 of this Agreement, or on a separate Additional Premises Rider or Schedule of Protection, we will at our cost, repair or, at our option, replace, any defective part of the Equipment we install, including wiring, and will make any needed mechanical adjustments.

  • That for the consideration hereinafter mentioned, EPS agrees to furnish Subscriber with a System (“System”) as specified in the Schedule of Protection (attached form SP-2) in the premises of the Subscriber at:Department of Natural Resources, 2122 S M-37, Bldg A, Traverse City, MI 49685and will, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, during the term of this agreement provide the following services.

  • PROTECTION WORDINGScope of ProtectionFor each Protection Year, you are entitled to have any claims for Protection considered by the Board of VLF if you hold a Schedule of Protection for the current Protection Year.

  • This clause contains specifications of the paint and protection system requirements tabulated in the Schedule of Protection Systems above.

  • If ‘Business Interruption’ is specified in your Schedule of Protection, we will protect you for your financial loss and the increased cost of working to your business as a result of interruption to your business during the period of protection, due to loss of, or damage to, property which is protected under sections 1 Business Buildings; 2 Business Contents; 3 Burglary; 4 Money or 7 General Property.

  • Please ensure you read the Schedule of Protection carefully to ensure it meets your requirements.

  • A failure to give this notice does not operate as an extension of the Period of Protection stated in the Schedule of Protection of the Protection which is expiring.

  • If ‘Motor Fuels’ is specified in your Schedule of Protection and there is loss of any of your motor fuels, we will pay the wholesale cost for the loss.

  • We will not pay the amount stated as the excess(es) in your Schedule of Protection for this section 5.

Related to Schedule of Protection

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a state permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Schedule of Documents means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Sale Agreement, the Funding Agreement and the other Related Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached as Annex Y to the Funding Agreement and the Sale Agreement.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).

  • Cathodic protection means a technique designed to prevent the corrosion of a metal surface by making that surface the cathode of an electrochemical cell. For example, protection can be accomplished with an impressed current system or a galvanic anode system.

  • Dodd-Frank Act means the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • Consumer Protection Act means the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (as amended from time to time).

  • the 2010 Regulations means the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010;

  • Hazard identification means the identification and documenting of existing or expected hazards to the health and safety of persons, which are normally associated with the type of construction work being executed or to be executed;

  • Applicable MREL Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies then in effect in Norway giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, CRD IV, the BRRD and those regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then in effect (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies have the force of law and whether or not they are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Issuer Group).

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.

  • Schedule of Collateral Obligations means the list or lists of Collateral Obligations attached to each Asset Approval Request. Each such schedule shall identify the assets that will become Collateral Obligations, shall set forth such information with respect to each such Collateral Obligation as the Borrower or the Agent may reasonably require and shall supplement any such schedules attached to previously-delivered Asset Approval Requests.

  • the 1961 Act means the Land Compensation Act 1961(d); “the 1965 Act” means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965(e); “the 1980 Act” means the Highways Act 1980(f);

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Scope of practice means defined parameters of various duties or services that may be provided by an individual with specific credentials. Whether regulated by rule, statute, or court decision, it tends to represent the limits of services an individual may perform.

  • the 2012 Regulations means the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012;

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • the 2007 Regulations means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;

  • Personal protective equipment means all equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards, including gloves, masks, face shields, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices, respirators, hard hats, and disposable gowns and aprons.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.
