Scheduled Adjustment Date definition

Scheduled Adjustment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.
Scheduled Adjustment Date means, prior to the last Scheduled Final Payment Date, the first day of the Member Servicer’s billing cycle following each June 30 and December 31, commencing on [December 31, 2022], and, after the last Scheduled Final Payment Date, the first day of the Member’s Servicer’s billing cycle following each June 30, September 30, December 31 and March 31.

Examples of Scheduled Adjustment Date in a sentence

  • Not less than fifteen (15) days prior to each CRR Scheduled Adjustment Date and more frequently as required by the Central Servicer, the Central Servicer will submit the CRR Charge True-Up Adjustment Letter in the form of Exhibit 3 to the Financing Order to ensure that CRR Charge collections are sufficient to make all scheduled payments of CRR Bond principal and interest and meet other Ongoing Financing Costs (as defined in the Financing Order) on a timely basis during the payment period.

  • The Central Servicer shall submit to the Commission and the Participating Gas Utilities, not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the CRR Scheduled Adjustment Date, a CRR Charge True-Up Adjustment Letter applying the CRR Charge True-Up Adjustment based on Normalized Sales Volumes and other mathematical factors and requesting administrative approval from the Commission as provided for in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Not later than ten (10) Servicer Business Days prior to each Scheduled Adjustment Date, the Master Servicer shall file with each such Member Servicer, a True-Up Letter, setting forth the calculation of the Securitized Charges to go into effect on the Scheduled Adjustment Date.

Related to Scheduled Adjustment Date

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.

  • Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Note Rate adjusts.

  • LIBOR Adjustment Date With respect to any Payment Date, the second business day before the related Accrual Period begins. For this purpose, a “business day” is a day on which banks are open for dealing in foreign currency and exchange in London, New York City and Washington, D.C.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.

  • Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.

  • Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to the Storm Recovery Bonds, the date with respect to each tranche when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid in accordance with the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Storm Recovery Bonds.

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Initial Adjustment Date As to any Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the first Adjustment Date following the origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).

  • Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c).
