Scheduled Appointment definition

Scheduled Appointment or “scheduled interview” means an appointment or interview set using a State prescribed or State approved appointment notice provided to the client.
Scheduled Appointment means a time, date and place agreed by the parties as a confirmed appointment for the delivery of Services to a single Delegate;
Scheduled Appointment means the medical appointment booked by the Employer to establish an Employee’s fitness for work, at a time previously accepted by the Employee, in accordance with clause 7.4.

Examples of Scheduled Appointment in a sentence

  • Scheduled Appointment: I, the undersigned, hereby authorize and request any doctor represented with CarePoint to administer anesthesia to my child as previously discussed with me.

  • Scheduled Appointment: I, the undersigned, hereby authorize and request any doctor represented with CarePoint Dental Anesthesia to administer anesthesia to my child as previously discussed with me.

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled grooming appointments (aka No shows) and last-minute cancellations (Day of the Pet’s Scheduled Appointment) will be contacted for 50% payment of their pet’s groom price.

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled grooming appointments (aka No shows) and last-minute cancellations (Day of the Pet’s Scheduled Appointment) will be charged a $75 flat fee.

Related to Scheduled Appointment

  • Serviced Appointment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Restricted Appointment means (a) any Appointment for which the applicable Authorizations have not been obtained, and (b) any Appointment for which the maturity date of the applicable Corporate Trust Contract is on or before June 30, 2022.

  • Succeeded Appointment means any Appointment for which a Succession Time has occurred.

  • Initial appointment means appointment made otherwise than by promotion or transfer;

  • Excluded Appointments means those Appointments designated from time to time as "Excluded Appointments" by agreement of the parties.
