Scheduled Averaging Date definition

Scheduled Averaging Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Averaging Date.

  • If an Averaging Date is deemed to fall after the Scheduled Averaging Date and any date specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement for payment or delivery of any amount calculated by reference to a value determined in respect of such Averaging Date would thereby fall before the second Business Day immediately following that delayed Averaging Date, such relevant date for payment or delivery will be delayed until the second Business Day immediately following such delayed Averaging Date.

Scheduled Averaging Date means, in respect of an Index or a Share, anyoriginal date that, but for such day not being a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index or Share or for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day on such date (following adjustment pursuant to the terms of General Condition 28(B)), would have been an Averaging Date;

Related to Scheduled Averaging Date

  • Averaging Date means each date specified as an Averaging Date in the relevant Final Terms or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless such day is a Disrupted Day in the opinion of the Calculation Agent. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Weighted Average SOFR means the arithmetic mean of SOFR in effect for each Business Day during the relevant Interest Period, calculated by multiplying the relevant SOFR by the number of calendar days such SOFR is in effect, determining the sum of such products and dividing such sum by the number of calendar days in the relevant Interest Period, provided however that during a Suspension Period, the SOFR for each day during that Suspension Period will be the value for the Business Day immediately prior to the first day of such Suspension Period. For purposes of this provision “Suspension Period” is the number of Business Days prior to the end of the relevant Interest Period as specified in the applicable pricing supplement.

  • Averaging Period means the time over which a limit is measured or a monitoring result is obtained;

  • Weighted Average means a ratio of the weight of the investment by the financial market participant in an investee company in relation to the enterprise value of the investee company;

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;
