Scheduled Initial Setting Date definition

Scheduled Initial Setting Date means an original date that, but for such day being a Disrupted Day, would have been an Initial Setting Date.
Scheduled Initial Setting Date means, in respect of an Underlying Asset, the original date that, but for such day being a Disrupted Day, would have been the Initial Setting Date.
Scheduled Initial Setting Date means, in respect of a Commodity Index, an original date that, but for such day not being a Scheduled Trading Day for such Commodity Index, would have been an Initial Setting Date.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Delivery Date means the Date on which the Seller is required to start delivering the power at the Delivery Point as per the terms and conditions of the PPA;

  • Initial Payment Date has the meaning specified in Section 3 of this Supplement.
