Scheduled Location definition

Scheduled Location means the properties listed on the declarations page.
Scheduled Location means the properties and/or units listed on the declarations page.

Examples of Scheduled Location in a sentence

  • Each covered Scheduled Location, building or property shall be deemed an individual Turnkey Claim, unless the FMIT agrees in writing to aggregate Turnkey Coverage on different terms such as multiple Scheduled Locations, multiple buildings at Scheduled Locations, or otherwise.

  • The rights of inspection shall include review of all operating records, regulatory reporting, permits and licenses, together with the current operating manuals applicable to each Scheduled Location.

  • Customer shall have the right to inspect any such Facility prior to it being removed from the Scheduled Location to verify that the third party software is no longer housed within the Facility.

  • Turnkey Coverage shall apply according to each individually Scheduled Location, building or covered structure for which FMIT has adjudicated a covered loss.

  • Lead-Based Paint Any Claim arising out of the existence, required removal or abatement of lead paint unless specifically endorsed onto this Policy; or, Property Transfer Any Claim that occurs subsequent to the time the Named Insured has sold, given away, abandoned or condemned a Scheduled Location unless specifically endorsed onto this Policy.

  • Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement as to all or any part of the Scheduled Locations, and subject to the right of Customer to utilize the Facilities for a period not to exceed 60 Days, Contractor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove the Facilities from each Scheduled Location on or before 60 Days from the cessation of Customer's need for the same to be utilized at such Scheduled Location as evidenced by written consent to removal by Customer.

  • As a condition of collecting under this clause, such expenditure must be unplanned as of the date of loss and be made at a Scheduled Location.

  • Customer shall have the right to inspect any such Facility prior to it being removed from the Scheduled Location to verify that the proprietary software is no longer housed within the Facility.

  • Such additional premium charge may not exceed 200% of the policy premium stated in the Declarations; and • The maximum OERP is thirty-six (36) months from termination of coverage applicable to any Scheduled Location; and The OERP does not apply where: • Pollution Conditions are discovered after the termination date; or • The policy was cancelled due to non-payment of premium or fraudulent acts; or • The Insured purchases other insurance to replace the insurance coverd under this Policy.

  • Under no circumstances shall notification by the Named Insured to a governmental entity with jurisdiction over Pollutants at a Scheduled Location be considered a violation of the Insured’s duties under this provision.
