Scheduled Notional Amount definition

Scheduled Notional Amount. The amount set forth with respect to each Distribution Date on Schedule I-H hereto.
Scheduled Notional Amount. For each Distribution Date and the Swap Agreement, the amount set forth in Exhibit N. The initial Scheduled Notional Amount will be approximately $1,059,294,000. Scheduled Payment: Each scheduled payment of principal and interest (or of interest only, if applicable) to be paid by the Mortgagor on a Mortgage Loan, as reduced (except where otherwise specified herein) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reduction or as a result of any related Deficient Valuation (in each case, excluding all amounts of principal and interest that were due on or before the Cut-off Date whenever received) and, in the case of an REO Property, an amount equivalent to the Scheduled Payment that would have been due on the related Mortgage Loan if such Mortgage Loan had remained in existence.

  • The related Scheduled Notional Amount declines in accordance with the expected amortization of the related Mortgage Loans.

Scheduled Notional Amount. For any Distribution Date and the Swap Agreement, the notional amount with respect to which payments under the Swap Agreement will be calculated.
