Scheduled Repairs definition

Examples of Scheduled Repairs in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Borrower agrees to perform all of the Scheduled Repairs within sixty (60) days after the date hereof or such other period of time, if any, set forth in the Reserve Letter.

  • The Deferred Maintenance Deposit shall be used solely for the payment of the actual costs of the Scheduled Repairs.

  • In connection with any Work that is (i) a structural repair or improvement, (ii) a replacement or repair of a major component or element of any part of the Property or (iii) Scheduled Repairs, Lender may require, at Borrower’s expense, one or more inspections and/or certificates of completion by an appropriate independent, qualified professional (e.g., architect, engineer, consultant) approved by Lender.

  • Upon completion of the Scheduled Repairs in accordance with the requirements hereof, the portion of the Deferred Maintenance Deposit remaining undisbursed, if any, shall be disbursed to Borrower.

Related to Scheduled Repairs

  • Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).

  • Required Repairs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Extended Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Required Repair Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Major repair means either: (1) for a dispersal system, repairs required for an OWTS dispersal system due to surfacing wastewater effluent from the dispersal field and/or wastewater backed up into plumbing fixtures because the dispersal system is not able to percolate the design flow of wastewater associated with the structure served, or (2) for a septic tank, repairs required to the tank for a compartment baffle failure or tank structural integrity failure such that either wastewater is exfiltrating or groundwater is infiltrating.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Required Repair Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Scheduled Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Renovation means altering a facility or one or more facility components in any way, including the stripping or removal of RACM from a facility component. Operations in which load-supporting structural members are wrecked or taken out are demolitions.

  • Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the earlier of (i) the date falling six (6) Months from the relevant Utilisation Date and (ii) the Facility Repayment Date.
