Scheduling Agreement Release definition

Scheduling Agreement Release means a document released under a Scheduling Agreement that contains the required delivery schedules for specified quantities at the prices and under the terms and conditions set forth or referenced in the Scheduling Agreement, and which in combination with the Scheduling Agreement constitutes an Order.

  • The obligations of this Section 12 shall survive termination of the Scheduling Agreement, Scheduling Agreement Release, Purchase Order or any other agreement with the Buyer.

  • The Scheduling Agreement, Scheduling Agreement Release, Purchase Order, these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement may not be amended except by a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Buyer.
