Production Release definition

Production Release means a product in that stage of the product lifecycle that applies to products released for distribution to End-Users pursuant to the provisions of the End-User Agreement, and that does not constitute an Alpha, Beta, or Pilot Product.
Production Release means, with respect to a product developed under this Agreement, that the Product (1) has fully satisfied C-Cube's production validation and requirements described in Appendix A; and (2) at least three C-Cube OEM customers each have ordered at least 10,000 units of the Product for production use.
Production Release means any modifications, additions and substitutions to the software that result in substantial performance, or structural/functional improvements in the software, which are designated as Production Releases by Xxxxxx in its sole discretion. Production Releases may be identified by a change in the numerals on the left or right side of the decimal point of the Licensed Software version number. Xxxxxx requires the Maintenance Customer to be on the current or on the second most current version of the Licensed Software before Xxxxxx will provide LS Maintenance Services, or investigate, or repair any Customer reported Defects. Maintenance Releases and Product Releases can be obtained via Web Access. Xxxxxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to Maintenance Requests that are identified by Maintenance Customer, and to develop and implement fixes for Defects and/or workarounds thereto if it is agreed by Xxxxxx that the reported error is being caused by a Defect.

Production Release means a product release that has been officially released for general commercial availability by Phoenix to more than one customer, and does not include any product released as an alpha, beta, or similar version to a limited number of recipients for testing, evaluation, or any other pre-release use. 1.14 "QuietBoot Feature" means a portion of the Phoenix Software licensed to Intel designed to customize system initialization as seen by the end user, and which also includes, among other functions, the ability to suppress, alter, and personalize the display of any copyright or other messages. 1.15 "Shipment and Royalty Reports" are the reports setting forth the shipment of Intel Products by Intel and its customers and sublicensees for each calendar quarter during the Term hereof.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.

  • Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Feed ingredient means each of the constituent materials making up a commercial feed.
