Scheduling and Dispatch Notice means a Notice delivered to Seller by or on behalf of Buyer in accordance with and meeting the requirements of Section [5.1(c)].

Examples of Scheduling and Dispatch Notice in a sentence

  • In respect of each Cold Start and Hot Start of each Unit following a Shutdown of such Unit required by a Scheduling and Dispatch Notice in excess of an aggregate of [104] [52] for each Contract year, ESI shall pay the applicable Start-up Payment set forth in Schedule [5.3] hereto.
