Scheduling and Dispatch Notice definition

Scheduling and Dispatch Notice means a Notice delivered to Seller by or on behalf of Buyer in accordance with and meeting the requirements of Section [5.1(c)].
Scheduling and Dispatch Notice means a Notice delivered to Seller by or on behalf of ESI in accordance with and meeting the requirements of Section [7.1(c)].
