Scheme Area definition

Scheme Area means the area defined in clause 4 of this Scheme; DELETED BY AMD 75 GG 23/6/17
Scheme Area means the land as shown outlined in blue at Schedule 2 or as determined by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion. Shareholders means shareholders in the Company. Shareholders Agreement means the Shareholders Agreement entered into between WIL and the Council in respect of their respective shares and interests in, and rights and obligations in relation to, WWL. Shareholder’s Permit(s) means a Ground Water Permit (if any) and/or the Surface Water Permit (if any) held by the Shareholder (or held by the irrigation scheme to which the Shareholder is a shareholder or member of) as more particularly set out in Schedule 1. Shareholder Water Augmentation Agreement means a shareholder water augmentation agreement between the Company and a/each Shareholder allowing the Shareholder to apply to Affiliate its Shareholder Permit under the TRMP, as revised or updated from time to time.
Scheme Area means any area declared as the scheme area by the concerned Housing Committee, in the Official Gazette, for the purposes of this Chapter and shall include any area declared as the slum area under section 4;

Examples of Scheme Area in a sentence

  • To provide for a variety of housing settlement options and lifestyle choices within the Shire and to provide for the expansion and consolidation of all settlements within the Scheme Area, but with emphasis on the expansion of smaller settlements to remove the pressure for development that has occurred on the principal towns.
