Scheme Guidance means the forms, guidance, manuals and handbooks issued by the Secretary of State in relation to the financial assistance scheme in question(3);
Scheme Guidance means the guidance made available by VisitScotland to participants and potential participants in the Scheme as published on VisitScotland’s website (as such guidance may be updated by VisitScotland from time to time);
