Other Scheme definition

Other Scheme means any other share option scheme involving the grant by the Company or any of its subsidiaries of options over new securities issued by the Company or any of its subsidiaries established by the Company or any of its subsidiaries in accordance with Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules (whether or not before 1 September 2001) or any other share option scheme which is determined by the SEHK to be analogous to a share option scheme as described in Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules;
Other Scheme means any other funding scheme or grant opportunity funded by Health under the MRFF and administered under this Agreement and includes any future Infrastructure Support;
Other Scheme means the trustees or administrators of an occupational pension scheme, a Personal Pension Scheme, or annuity contract or Policy or other pension arrangement which meets the requirements of section 95 1993 Act {arrangements to which cash equivalents may be taken} or any other scheme or arrangement specifically approved by the Revenue for the purpose of Rule 29 {transfers to the scheme} or Rule 30 {transfers from the scheme}.

Other Scheme. , in respect of a Member, means a scheme or arrangement that the Public Sector Pensions Authority determines is eligible to be treated as an Other Scheme for the purposes of these Rules where the Public Sector Pensions Authority has given the Member written notice of its eligibility.
