Scheme Supervisor definition

Scheme Supervisor means any person appointed under the terms of the Scheme for this purpose and any person who is employed by that person and to whom functions under the Scheme are delegated; and
Scheme Supervisor means such person as is appointed in accordance with Clause 25 of this Cayman Scheme and Clause 25 of the Hong Kong Scheme, and shall initially be Lucid;
Scheme Supervisor means in relation to the Scheme, any of the persons appointed under Section 7 of the Scheme;
