School Construction Program definition

School Construction Program means the program operated by the Authority in order to finance and construct School Facilities Projects pursuant to the Educational Facilities Financing and Construction Act, P.L. 2000, c. 72.
School Construction Program means the program for the construction of school facilities projects and related activities mandated by the Act and undertaken by the SDA.

Related to School Construction Program

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
