School Trustees definition

School Trustees as used in this Agreement shall mean the Board of Trustees of the Washoe County School District, and is the entity known as the Local Government employer in Chapter 288 Nevada Revised Statutes.

School Trustees as used in this Agreement shall include authorized officers, representatives, and agents. References herein to “School Board” reserves the right to act hereunder by committee or designee(s).
